A four-to-eight week engagement. We map the current state, identify friction points, design an improved flow, and produce a handover pack your team can actually use without us in the room.
Decision Architecture Sprint
A focused three-week sprint to clarify ownership, approval chains, and escalation paths across one business unit or function. Ends with a one-page decision map and a short onboarding guide for new hires.
90-Day Implementation Support
Added to any redesign engagement. We check in weekly for the first month, then fortnightly. We track adoption, field questions from your team, and adjust the design if something is not working in practice.
Quarterly Retainer
For organisations that want a standing relationship. One structured review session per quarter, plus ad-hoc email access to Daniel Marsh between sessions. Minimum six-month commitment.
